Check-in / Check-out

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. If check-in is required before mid-day then, if the room is available, there will be an extra charge. First preference will always be given to Direct Bookings.

What if I’m arriving after office hours?
Please contact us in advance so we can arrange self-check-in details for you. We have electronic locks, so we can send a door code and room instructions to your phone.

Direct Booking Discounts

Do you offer discounts for direct bookings?
Yes! We offer ASURE Loyalty discounts, Gold Card discounts and sometimes exclusive specials. Check our Promotions page for all our latest direct booking discounts. If you believe that you can get a better price from Booking.com or Expedia then please get in contact immediately and give us the chance to match or better it.

Bookings & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and cash. A valid credit card is required to secure bookings.

Rooms & Facilities

Do your rooms have cooking facilities?
Yes, all rooms have kitchenettes with cooktops, microwaves, and fridges. Our Executive Studio and Two-Bedroom Units include full-size fridge/freezers. The Executive Studio also has an oven.

Do you service the rooms daily?
Yes, rooms are serviced daily. Towels are replaced if left on the floor - we encourage re-use to help conserve water.

Do you have air conditioning or heating?
Yes, all rooms are heated. Our Executive Studio, One-Bedroom Twin, and Two-Bedroom Units also include air conditioning.

Is there a guest laundry?
Yes, our laundry is located near Unit 1. The laundry is available from 8am - 9pm. It is kept locked, so come and see us in Reception if you wish to use this facility. Washing and drying are both $5 per load and detergent is complimentary. A clothesline with pegs is also available if you wish to save costs and energy.

Is there a BBQ available?
Yes, guests are welcome to use our BBQ free of charge - please request it at Reception.

Parking & EV Charging

Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly outside your unit. Extra parking is available near the playground. We can also accommodate vehicles with trailers. There is a height restriction of 3.0 metres.

Do you have EV charging?
Yes! We have a dedicated 7kW Type 2 charger. Please use the Nova Charge Hub app to activate it.
Charging via unit power points is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Internet & Entertainment

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Do your TVs support streaming?
Yes, all rooms have 43" Smart TVs. Additional 32" TVs in the bedrooms have Chromecast for easy streaming from your own devices. The 43" Samsung TVs in each unit have 50 - 100 channels, so there is plenty of choice for your viewing pleasure.

Do you have Sky TV?
No, Sky has become too expensive so we put our money into providing bigger and better TVs instead. If you have Sky or Sky Sport at home then, like Netflix, Prime, etc. you can cast it to the Smart TV in your room.

Families & Accessibility

Do you have cots or high chairs available?
Yes, we provide a portacot and high chair on request — please book ahead if possible as we only have one of each.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Yes, we have two accessible studios specifically designed to meet most mobility needs — please contact us to ensure availability.

Smoking

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in rooms or shared facilities by law. If smoking outside your unit, ash trays have been provided, but please be respectful of other guests - wind direction, open windows, open doors, etc. Most non-smokers don't want to smell cigarette smoke, so your vigilance is appreciated.

Pets

Do you allow pets?
Yes, all rooms are pet friendly, however please advise us upon booking. There is a limit of one dog per room (except where otherwise agreed.) No dangerous breeds or aggressive dogs will be allowed. Dogs cannot be left in vehicles overnight, and cannot be left in rooms unattended. You will be required to accept and abide by our Pet Policy. If the size of your dog(s) is deemed to be unsuitable for your room type, you may be requested to upgrade to a more suitable room at your cost. If unsure, please give us a call, we will be only too happy to help you choose the best room for your needs.

Visitors/Noise

Can I have visitors?
Visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM, but please ensure they park on the street and respect other guests’ comfort.

Food & Drink

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer a continental breakfast for $15 per person. It’s delivered to your unit the night before for convenience.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, Greytown’s cafés, restaurants, and takeaways are just a short walk away — details and menus are in both our in-room and digital compendiums. Simplicity Restaurant kindly offers a 10% discount on your entire bill when you show them your room key.

Local Area

How far are you from the town centre?
We’re just a 2-minute drive or an easy 10–14-minute walk to Greytown’s shops, cafés, and restaurants.

What are some must-see local attractions?

Sustainability

Do you have any sustainability initiatives?
Yes. We use LED lighting, environmentally friendly cleaning products, recycling systems, and local suppliers wherever possible. Guests can help by re-using towels, turning off lights and heaters, and conserving water.
