What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability. If check-in is required before mid-day then, if the room is available, there will be an extra charge. First preference always goes to Direct Bookings.

What if I’m arriving after office hours?
Please contact us in advance so we can arrange self-check-in. We have electronic locks, so we can send a door code and room instructions to your phone.

Do you offer discounts for direct bookings?
Yes! We offer ASURE Loyalty discounts, Gold Card discounts and exclusive specials. Check our Promotions page for current offers. If you believe you can get a better price elsewhere, contact us immediately and give us the chance to match it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and cash. A valid credit card is required to secure bookings.

Do your rooms have cooking facilities?
Yes, all rooms include kitchenettes with cooktops, microwaves, and fridges. Executive Studio and Two-Bedroom Units have full-size fridge/freezers. The Executive Studio also has an oven.

Do you service the rooms daily?
Yes, rooms are serviced daily. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.

Do you have air conditioning or heating?
All rooms have heating. Executive Studio, One-Bedroom Twin, and Two-Bedroom Units include air conditioning.

Is there a guest laundry?
Yes — located near Unit 1. Available 8am–9pm. Washing and drying are $5 per load, and detergent is complimentary. A clothesline is also available.

Is there a BBQ available?
Yes — available free of charge. Please request it at reception.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes — free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Do your TVs support streaming?
Yes, all rooms have 43" Smart TVs. Additional 32" TVs have Chromecast. The Samsung TVs have 50–100 channels.

Do you have Sky TV?
No — but you can cast Sky/Sky Sport to the Smart TV just like Netflix or Prime.

Is parking available?
Yes — free parking outside your unit. Extra parking near the playground. Height restriction 3.0m.

Do you have EV charging?
Yes — a dedicated 7kW Type 2 charger using the Nova Charge Hub app.
Charging via room power points is strictly prohibited.

Can I have visitors?
Yes — visitors are welcome until 10:00 PM. They must park on the street and be considerate of other guests.

Do you offer breakfast?
Yes — a continental breakfast for $15 per person, delivered the night before.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes — Greytown has excellent cafés and restaurants, all within walking distance. Menus are available in your compendium. Simplicity Restaurant offers a 10% discount when you show your room key.

Do you allow pets?
Yes — all rooms are pet friendly. One dog per room unless otherwise agreed. No aggressive breeds. Dogs cannot be left in vehicles or rooms unattended. You must accept our Pet Policy. If the dog size is unsuitable for the booked room, an upgrade may be required at your cost.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking/vaping is not permitted indoors. Outdoors, please use ashtrays and be mindful of other guests — smoke can drift into open doors and windows.

How far are you from town?
A 2-minute drive or 10–14 minute walk to Greytown’s cafés and shops.

What are some must-see attractions?
Cape Palliser Lighthouse, Castlepoint, Stonehenge Aotearoa, Star Safari, Cobblestones Museum, Fell Locomotive Museum, boutique shopping and wineries. See our “What’s Coming Up” and “Attractions” pages for more ideas.

Do you have cots or high chairs?
Yes — one portacot and one highchair available. Please request in advance.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes — two accessible studios designed for mobility needs. Contact us to confirm availability.

Do you have sustainability initiatives?
Yes — LED lighting, eco-cleaning products, local suppliers, recycling, and energy-saving initiatives. Guests can help by reusing towels and conserving water and energy.
