Cancellation Policy

A Booking is not guaranteed until a valid credit card is provided to secure the reservation. Alternative payment arrangements may be made with prior agreement from ASURE Oak Estate Motor Lodge (hereafter referred to as Oak Estate). 

Standard bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations for bookings that include NZ Statutory Holidays (as defined on the NZ Statutory Holidays website) or Event Weekends (defined as dates Oak Estate has designated as requiring a minimum two-night stay) must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty.

Bookings of 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings and require at least 30 days' notice for cancellation or changes.

A late cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the reservation. While partial refunds are at the discretion of management, we will make reasonable efforts to re-let the cancelled room(s). If successful, a partial refund may be issued, less a 10% administration fee to cover processing costs.

A "no show" is defined as a guest who does not arrive by 8pm on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and may be charged for extra cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, as detailed in the "Guest Responsibilities" section.

Reception Hours

Monday to Sunday 8am - 8pm. If you will be arriving outside our reception hours, please advise so you can be informed of our late check-in procedure. For non-contact check ins, payment is processed from the supplied credit card on file or as agreed during booking.

Check In is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check Out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Early check-in and /or late check-out are by arrangement only – and subject to availability. This may incur additional charges depending on the time requested.

Tariffs

All rates quoted are on a per night basis and are including GST of 15%. All rates quoted are non-commissionable rates.

Age Restriction

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.

Payment Methods

ASURE Oak Estate Motor Lodge accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Farmlands, Rural Co and Farm Source.  Full payment of the stay will be required at check-in.

Refunds

There are no refunds or reduction in rates for any early departure or no shows. 

Pets

Pets are allowed.  Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing your pet and we will email the pet policy to you.

Smoking

ASURE Oak Estate Motor Lodge is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

Damages

Guests will be responsible for any damages caused to the room or property during their stay. The cost of damages will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

Quiet Hours

We request that all guests respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am.

EV Charging
